Meticulous attention to detail and integrity are two of the driving forces behind the success of Sunil Varghese. Before beginning his career as a REALTOR, he spent eight years in the Army National Guard and seven years as a top producer with MCI. The ability to effectively utilize the skills he learned in the military and corporate world has propelled Sunil to become a consistent multi-million dollar a year producer. Being born and raised in New York and New Jersey, Sunil knows firsthand the extensive transition involved in moving from one part of the country to another. Also, as the son of immigrant parents from India and the husband to a high school Spanish teacher, he is keenly aware of different cultures and their varied needs and desires. The effect of that knowledge is two-fold; as a buyer’s agent, he is able to relate more closely with the ever changing buyers market; as a listing agent, he is able to help sellers understand what different buyers value and consequently position their home for a more successful sale. Sunil strives to treat every purchase and sale transaction as if it were his own. After living in Greenville for the last 11 years, he is proud to call South Carolina home and his desire is that he can help you do the same.
